Leadership
Celso is a consultant and executive with more than two decades of professional experience in both the private and the public sectors in Europe, China and the United States. Having held several leadership positions, Celso understands the different challenges and requirements necessary to take complex projects to their successful completion.
Celso has an extensive experience managing businesses and consulting, building solid and effective professional relationships, and working in different international and multicultural contexts. Having worked and lived in several countries, most of his adult life has been balanced among European, American, Asian and Latin cultures.
He has worked for the French ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, has founded and managed private enterprises in the United States and Europe, and has held leadership and business strategy positions in international companies based in the United States, China, Argentina and Spain.
In addition, Celso has also combined professional and family life with extensive volunteering activities for a number of charities and community-based voluntary organizations, notably participating in American Cancer Society, special needs and disabilities children and legal aid programs in the area.
He has double-major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, with a minor in History, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law.
Ivan is an economist, lawyer and engineer with an unmatched experience in international economic and political affairs.
He has worked for the Federal Government of Brazil at the highest levels and in different capacities, overseeing budget, fiscal and monetary policy in both the national and international spheres.
As a seasoned professional in both the public and private sectors, he is an expert in public sector budgetary and administration policies as well as a specialist in global financial operations and agreement negotiations at the international level. A formidable set of skills that earned him the respect and recognition of his peers, as well as the Medal of Meritorious Honor for Services, conferred upon him by the President of Brazil.
His vast knowledge and experience in his areas of expertise are one of the company’s major assets.
Mohammed Ramadan is an export sales manager with more than nine years with international companies in both the private and public sector.
He is a very knowledgeable trader, with significant experience in the agriculture and chemical fields.
He has developed and implemented numerous sales strategies which resulted in increased sales and trades performance in the companies for which he worked.
He has been a top negotiator and representative representing his companies in North Africa and Middle East regions right up to the Russian Ukraine conflict.
He has a double major Bachelor of Commerce, and and MBA from the Royal Business Academy.
